The flat has been squatted for the last 3 years,it was in miserable condition. Complete renovations works have been performed. Demolition works included: all ceilings and old plaster,rendering have been removed,part of concrete flooring area has been removed and levelled to existing floor area,damp areas have been cured and injected.All pipe work and electrics have been updated to a current building regulations,including new fuse board consumer unit and new Vaillant boiler installed.LED lights

have been put in the whole area of the flat.We also installed heat recovary ventilation unit in the proparty,for cleaner fresher air.All new lime interior rendering have been done,that gave us a perfect chance to reinforce existing poor condition brick work.

All new double fire resistant plasterboard have been installed,all walls and ceilings have been plastered afterwards.

The property has been painted in white smooth finish, bespoke wardrobes have been built in order to save a very limited space.Completly new shower wet area have been designed and tiled with marble tiles, walk in shower unit have been fitted.As per client requirements we installed oak parquett flooring,that has been varnished afterwards.

All new kitchen with oak worktops has been installed as well. We are very proud of this project that has been overseen by our private building inspector,Lambeth Council Building Control Department and was successfully sign off after a full completion.
