This ground floor flat with a neglected garden needed a complete renovation. London First Construction Ltd were tasked to build rear extension which created a huge space for open plan kitchen/dining/sitting area with a double-glazed sliding door which opens onto the decking area and into a new garden, which was given a second life. In addition, the dining/ sitting area was fitted with massive skylights that floods the room with a natural light. The transformation did not end just there, repositioning of walls took place, also fitting of new kitchen, bathroom, flooring and stylish decoration throughout. A full refurbishment allowed London First Construction to redefine the internal and external spaces entirely, creating a spacious, comfortable home.

We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward.
