London First Construction Ltd were hired to build a L-shaped loft conversion with a family bathroom. Along that, the project included to build a single storey side kitchen extension with a glass roof which added lightness and airiness to the space. The new kitchen became one of the brightest rooms in the house. Additional en-suite was built to the first floor as well as cloak room under the stairs. The whole house was refurbished, new engineering floor was installed throughout the first floor. And the garden felt a touch of our hands. This renovation certainly created more living space much needed for a young family.
